Sam joined Murphy & Sylvest after graduating from Lamar University and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Financial Management. Sam was a NCAA division one athlete and graduated Summa Cum Laude while serving as Treasurer and President of Media for Lamar University’s Student Athlete Advisory Committee.
Sam is driven by a commitment to working with individuals and families who are passionate about curating experiences with their loved ones, creating legacies for their families, and passing down values and traditions to other generations, while ensuring that money is never a hindrance to them accomplishing their goals. She currently holds a FINRA Series 65 Investment Advisor License, and is an exam candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exam.
Sam is originally from Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho where she spent her time hiking, at the lake, and golfing the beautiful courses North Idaho has to offer. In her free time, she enjoys coaching volleyball, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
