Ray serves as an assistant at Murphy & Sylvest, where he supports client service with a sharp eye for detail and a highly organized approach. He plays a key role in preparing for client meetings, conducting research, and assisting advisors—helping ensure every interaction reflects the firm’s high standard of care.
Ray joined Murphy & Sylvest in March 2024 following a 25-year career at PwC, where he built deep expertise in project management. He brings that same disciplined, structured mindset to his current role, contributing to smooth operations and thoughtful, well-executed client experiences.
Outside the office, Ray enjoys life on the road with his husband and their Labrador, Gracie—an enthusiastic (and occasionally opinionated) travel companion. He’s happiest behind the wheel on a long drive toward the mountains, with New Mexico and Colorado among his favorite destinations. The western national parks are next on his list, and he’s looking forward to many more adventures ahead.
